Using this website

You’re welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t misuse it. For example, don’t try to get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, don’t introduce viruses or other harmful code, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.

Our products

This website tells you about AIO Digital and our products. It isn’t where you sign up for or use them. Bowlio, our club management software for bowls clubs, has its own terms of service, which you can find at bms.bowlio.co.uk. Those terms, not these, apply when your club uses Bowlio.

Content and intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, design and the AIO Digital name and logo, belongs to AIO Digital Ltd unless we say otherwise. The Bowlio name, logo and software are owned by Nicky Thomas and licensed exclusively to AIO Digital Ltd (see bms.bowlio.co.uk/licensing). You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. Please don’t copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This website is free and for general information only. Subject to that, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your reliance on its content or from it being unavailable, and we aren’t liable to businesses for any loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. If you’re a consumer, we’re responsible only for loss that was a foreseeable result of our failing to use reasonable care.
